This agreement constitutes the binding policies and obligations involved

when leasing Church Music Planner™ 3 that apply to both you and SacredSheetMusic.com, the developer and owner of this software solution.

                   Registration Agreement Information

You, the Lessee, agree to the following:

*You understand that your copy Church Music Planner™ 3 will cease to function if you do not register it within 30 days of beginning your lease. Payment must be made before registration.

*You understand that you will receive no technical support until you register your copy of Church Music Planner™ 3.
*You will not make more than 3 copies of your Church Music Planner™ 3 software for your own ministry. Church Music Planner™ 3 may be kept on a network for multiple parties in the ministry OR on up to three computers at the ministry and/or personal residence.
*You understand that there is a no-refund policy on all leases of Church Music Planner™ 3. You have access to nearly complete versions in demo form to download and try before leasing.

*You will not give a copy of your Church Music Planner™ 3 to any other individual or ministry.

*You understand that you only lease this software from SacredSheetMusic.com and cannot sell this version or any previous versions to any other individual or ministry.

SacredSheetMusic.com, the Seller, agrees to the following:
*SacredSheetMusic.com is committed to the satisfaction of the Church Music Planner™ 3 lessee by providing lifetime technical support on all issues of operation to registered users via email.
*SacredSheetMusic.com will provide updates free of charge to registered users if serious programming issues are discovered in a new release.
*SacredSheetMusic.com will replace free of charge any copies of Church Music Planner™ 3 that become corrupted or otherwise unusable within the first thirty (30) days of payment. This is contingent upon the lessee returning the original, corrupted or unusable program disc.

*SacredSheetMusic.com is committed to continual improvements to Church Music Planner™ 3. Suggestions are greatly appreciated and will be programmed into the software as soon as possible if deemed appropriate and useful.
