1.First, contact the publisher of your particular hymnal and receive written documentation for their permission to not only allow you, but also allow SacredSheetMusic.com to include their hymnal indexing information in this software solution free of charge. Please feel free to direct them to this website and let them know that the owners of all of these hymnals have given permission to use the indexing of their hymnal free of charge. These hymnal owners realize that no copyrighted material is being duplicated and any sale of this software is not in any way in competition with the sale of their hymnal. In reality it can only be a boon to the sale of their hymnal. Also, feel free to have them contact us directly for clarification.

2.Secondly, go through the complete lease process of purchasing this software at the Lease page at this website.
3.Thirdly, enter all your hymnal indexing data in both the general index and topical index. The data is relational, so enter the general index information first - every category that is available in your hymnal - and then enter the topical data. All you will need to enter here is the topic name and the hymn number and the rest of the data will flow into the page cells from the general index table.
4.Lastly, export all your hymnal indexing data to a text file and email the data and documentation to support@churchmusicplanner.com. Once the documentation and data has been verified as complete a check will immediately be mailed to your registration address.
